- If your items are returned to The Resilient Mum for any reason, due to non-delivery, incorrect postal address or nobody being available to sign for your items, then an additional charge will be incurred to cover re-delivery costs. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

If you are claiming against an order you have received that has been damaged in transit, please notify us via email: hello@theresilientmum.com. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.

Products returned by you because of a defect will be replaced by us or refunded in full. This includes a refund of the delivery charges and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
International Orders
If your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the product(s), but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
The Resilient Mum is not responsibile for reimbursement of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Resilient Mum.

Delivery to UK mainland addresses: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
We mainly ship through Royal Mail.
Overseas Courier Delivery
Please note that:
